MECHANISM OF ACTION

WHAT IS HYRNUO®?1

HYRNUO is a TKI designed to target HER2 mutations in NSCLC

HYRNUO is a reversible TKI that targets mutated forms of HER2 in NSCLC and exhibits activity against EGFR.
Illustration showing HYRNUO interacting with a HER2 receptor on a cell membrane
  • In vitro, HYRNUO inhibited the phosphorylation of HER2 and downstream signaling in cancer cells with HER2 alterations and proliferation of cancer cells overexpressing wild-type HER2 or harboring HER2 mutations
  • In vivo, HYRNUO demonstrated antitumor activity in subcutaneous mouse xenograft models derived from human NSCLC tumors harboring an activating HER2 exon 20 mutation
Clinical significance of in vitro and in vivo activity has not been established.

HYRNUO WAS EVALUATED IN SOHO-01, A MULTICOHORT STUDY IN PATIENTS WITH HER2-MUTATED NSCLC1
